FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Not at all. Many of our members started with zero experience. Our coaches scale every workout to your current fitness level, so you'll always be challenged but never lost. The hardest part is walking through the door — we handle the rest.
You'll sit down with a coach to talk about your goals, your history, and what you're looking for. Then we'll show you around, walk you through how our classes work, and answer any questions. There's no workout on day one unless you want one — it's about making sure Pendulum is the right fit for you.
Wear comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers you'd work out in. Bring a water bottle — we have everything else you'll need. No special equipment required.
Absolutely. Our combination of expert coaching, strength & conditioning programming, and nutrition accountability is designed specifically to help you lose fat, build strength, and feel better than you have in years. This isn't a cardio-only approach — it's a complete system.
We offer several options depending on your goals — from group classes to semi-private and personal training. Click the "Pricing" button in the menu to request current rates, or book a free intro and we'll walk you through everything in person.
We're located at 2041 East Villa Street in Pasadena, CA 91107 — right in East Pasadena. Free parking is available on-site, so getting here is easy.
Yes! We welcome drop-ins with prior CrossFit experience at $35 per session. If you're new to CrossFit, we recommend starting with a free intro session so our coaches can set you up for success.
