6-week course with 18 classes
A transformational course designed for anyone new to functional fitness, and those needing a refresher or a little bit of reconditioning after a break. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique as well as focusing on your Nutrition with coaching and accountability. 101 is designed to ensure your success. It’s also a great way to enter join the community, and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey with us.
A 60 minute training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all-important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. We train your body to be capable of taking on the physical challenges of real life so that you can enjoy life and do the things you love.
A group training class that is a 45 – minute coach-led class that is tailored to your fitness level and focuses on high-intensity interval workouts that are optimal for fat loss and improving general physical preparedness. We do this by utilizing body weight movement with conditioning equipment, dumbbells and kettlebells. We understand trying something new can be unnerving and intimidating, if you are intimidated by CrossFit or are working on learning the movements, this is the class for you.
A 60 min class that focuses on hands-on coaching of American Olympic lifting techniques, with extensive study of other weightlifting methodologies from around the world. Our programs are built on a basis of scientific research of practical application on the platform as well as competitions to produce results.
Dial in your fitness by way of wholesome, fuel-focused nutrition. We’ve created a fine-tuned nutrition program, powered by Working Against Gravity, to ensure that every minute you spend in the gym pays off — mentally and physically. Our nutrition coach will work with you to help you turn your sweat sessions into the results you’re after.
